Abstract

and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the mediation of Consistency Culture in Ethiopia's e-health services. The quantitative, cross-sectional design was used and data was gathered from 390 respondents from technology-enabled hospitals. The proposed relationships were tested using a structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that the effect of EL on OCB is positive and significant, as well as the consistency culture. Another important factor affecting employee behavior is consistency culture, as it has a significant impact on OCB. In addition, mediation analysis indicates that the effect of EL on OCB is partially mediated by consistency culture, implying that the more likely the shared values, coordination and organizational alignment between them are, the more effective the leadership is. The study is based on SET which is supplemented by two theories of Social Learning and organizational culture (OC), providing explanations as to why EL creates positive employee outcomes. The results show that in order to successfully implement an e-health, in addition to a high level of technology, an OC and an EL are necessary as well.
